Abdullah is the visionary Founder and Managing Partner of A&N Law Firm. He is a licensed lawyer and member of the Saudi Bar Association. He is fluent in both Arabic and English Languages.
Abdullah has extensive experience in the Saudi commercial and corporate laws. His credentials are further solidified by his academic background as Abdullah holds B.A in Law from King Saud University and postgraduate degree L.L.M in International Commercial Law from Chapman University, USA.
Abdullah is distinguished as a seasoned negotiator and trusted advisor with excellence in generating win-win situations and attaining profitable outcomes in challenging circumstances. With remarkable negotiation skills, Abdullah assists our clients in concluding their deals, agreements and partnerships in a way that serves their business objectives and interests.
With his expertise, Abdullah advises clients regularly on joint ventures, business incorporations, business structures, commercial agreements, and international trade deals as well as commercial, banking, real estate, administrative, and construction disputes.
Furthermore, Abdullah possesses seasoned proficiency in mergers & acquisitions area of practice. Throughout his career, Abdullah led several M&A transactions and represented numerous investors and guide them through multi-million transactions.
In parallel with his law career, Abdullah is a strategic partner in several companies which operates in various businesses such as FinTech, Venture Capitals, Real Estate Development, F&B and Fashion. Such partnerships enriched the business knowledge of Abdullah and solidified his in-depth focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts including Contracting Agreements, Real Estate Development Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, etc.
Dr. Nawaf is a licensed lawyer and member of the Saudi Bar Association. He holds a doctorate in Sharia policy from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, and the subject of the thesis is Trading Sukuk in the Saudi Market. He holds a master’s degree in law from Duke University School of Law. He also holds a master’s degree in comparative law from California Western School of Law, previously obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Judicature from Umm Al-Qura University.
Dr. Nawaf worked as a judge for more than ten years, where he served as a judge in the Commercial Court in Riyadh, the Personal Status Court in Jeddah, the General Court in Makkah. Through his previous work as a judge, Dr. Nawaf’s experience varied to cover a range of different sectors, as he worked on real estate, commercial, construction, family, and criminal cases.
He also worked on reviewing and drafting many regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition, Dr. Nawaf was a member of a special committee to review and edit the judicial record in the Royal Court.
Dr. Nawaf also worked as a Counsel at Dentons Law Firm, one of the leading international law firms in the Kingdom. He led the company’s litigation department in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also has diverse experience in drafting legal documents and negotiating in both Arabic and English.
