Experience: Fahad with his deep experience in litigation has represented and pleaded numerous commercial, administrative and labour disputes and cases before all degrees of General Courts, Commercial Courts, Enforcement Courts, Labour Courts and Board of Grievances. Fahad experience also includes debt collection and enforcement either amicably or through the court. In addition, he provides many Sharia and practical consultations to clients.
