Maha Al-Saud is a licensed lawyer and one of A&N Dispute Resolution Team. She holds wide experience in prosecuting complex commercial, labor, and administrative cases.
Maha is a key member of the Division of Inheritance team. She handled several inheritance divisions and represented some of the Royal Family members and renowned families in the KSA while distributing their estate.
Through her legal practice, Maha drafted several memoranda of claims and represented numerous clients in their disputes. she is providing legal support to local, regional, and multinational companies in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. In addition, she has vast experience in conducting legal researches and uses her analytical legal skills in complex arbitration and litigation cases to provide the client with accurate outcome.
