Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Aamri

Experience: Abdullah has extensive experience in the Saudi commercial and corporate laws. He advises clients regularly on joint ventures, business incorporations, commercial agreements, and international trade matters as well as commercial disputes. With remarkable negotiation skills, Abdullah assists H&A clients in concluding their deals, agreements and partnerships in a way that serves their businesses objectives and interests. During his work at one of the renowned Law firms in Riyadh, he handled and represented numerous clients in commercial, banking, real estate, administrative, insurance, construction and labor disputes. In addition, he presented several legal research on many subjects related to Commercial Law. Abdullah is a licensed lawyer and member of the Saudi Bar Association. He speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and the ability to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
