Abdelhadi Al-Abdelhadi

Experience: Abdelhadi’s experience is concentrated in corporate and commercial laws. With his skills and practical experience, he is capable of drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts such as: franchise agreements, shareholders’ agreements, B.O.T Agreements and FIDIC contracts. Abdelhadi’s experience also extended to the Intellectual Property law as he has registered a number of trademarks and patents. Furthermore, he has worked on some cases before the General Authority of Intellectual Property regarding copyrights and trademarks infringements. Abdelhadi worked on incorporations of companies before the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Investment (MISA) and handled several corporate and international commercial transactions as well as providing numerous consultations to clients. As a skilled negotiator, Abdelhadi has successfully concluded a wide range of deals, agreements and partnerships. Abdelhadi is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA). He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
