Mohammed Salah Hamza

Experience: Mohammed has an extensive experience in providing consultancy in the field of corporate and businesses. Mohammed has worked on incorporations of companies (i.e. joint stock companies, limited liability companies) and participated in the administrative work of companies, including preparing minutes of general assemblies and board meetings management. Mohammed also is well experienced in the field of corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has concluded various types of partnerships, as well as providing advice on opening branches of foreign companies, issuing work permits for foreigners, preparing relevant documents and other related issues. Mohammed has worked on drafting and negotiating Protocols of Cooperation with national banks regarding the incorporation of small and medium enterprises projects. He has also worked on Land Sale Agreements and Management Agreements. Furthermore, Mohammed is experienced in drafting and reviewing major transaction agreements such as: B.O.T Agreements, FIDIC contracts, and tender documents with respect to construction and power projects, Shareholder Agreements and Joint Venture agreements.
