Experience: Hadeel has worked for some well-known international and local law firms. Furthermore, Hadeel has experience in providing bilingual legal consultations on commercial and business-related issues. As an essential part of her job, Hadeel worked on drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements such as construction contracts, franchise agreements, supply agreements…etc. She has worked on various incorporations of companies in the Kingdom of Saudi before the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment. Also, Hadeel has worked on preparing court briefs for several commercial and labor cases. Hadeel is accredited by the Saudi Bar Association.
